5. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All information provided must be accurate and up to date
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

Interioring reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Professional Listings

Professionals agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information
• Upload only content they have the right to use
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Interioring does not independently verify listings.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Independently evaluate Professionals before engaging them
• Verify credentials, pricing, and deliverables
• Enter into agreements directly with Professionals

Interioring is not responsible for the outcome of any engagement.

8. Payments & Fees

Interioring may charge fees for:

• Subscriptions
• Lead generation
• Premium features

Unless otherwise stated:

• All fees are non-refundable
• Pricing may be updated at any time with prior notice

9. Content & License

By uploading content (including images, text, or portfolio material), you grant Interioring a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and promote such content for the purpose of operating and marketing the Platform.

You retain ownership of your content.

10. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Engage in fraudulent or misleading activities
• Violate any applicable laws
• Scrape, copy, or misuse platform data
• Interfere with platform operations
• Harass or abuse other users

Interioring reserves the right to take action against violations.

11. AI Disclaimer

12. Limitation of Liability
